These Terms govern your enrolment in courses, use of course materials, payments, and participation in recruitment or career services. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Course Access and Content
Licensed to you non-exclusively and non-transferably for personal, non-commercial use
Students may not share, copy, distribute, or create derivatives from course content without written permission
Access may include live webinars, recorded sessions, handouts, quizzes, and assignments
FutureSpex may suspend or revoke access for Terms violations
2. Payments and Fees
Courses payable in USD or SEK; we are not responsible for currency conversion, bank fees, or transaction costs
Promotional discounts (Early Bird, Black Friday) must be paid in full at enrolment
Payment plans divide total fees into three instalments; first due at enrolment
Access may be restricted if payments are missed or delayed
3. Cancellation, Refunds, and Transfers
≥30 days before course start: full refund
<30 days: 33% administrative fee retained (or first instalment for payment plans)
If course is cancelled by FutureSpex: full refund or transfer to a future course
Transfers before/after course start are subject to minimum enrolment and administrative approval
4. Personal Conduct
Students must behave professionally and respectfully in all live sessions, community forums, and communications
Misconduct may result in removal or restricted access with no refund
Students remain liable for all fees even if access is revoked due to misconduct
5. Certification
Certificates issued after full payment and successful completion of all course requirements
Certificates issued in name on record at time of course completion
6. Marketing Communications
Optional updates about courses, promotions, and offers
May include sharing information with partners and sister companies for course administration
You may unsubscribe at any time
7. Liability
• Not liable for:
Payment failures or currency conversion issues
Misuse or unauthorized sharing of course content
Platform interruptions or technical issues
• Liability limited to the maximum extent permitted by law
8. Course Extensions
Students may request extensions for final assignments if agreed with course mentors
Extensions may include access to course materials for a defined period
Administrative fees may apply for managing individual course extensions
9. Updates to Terms
Terms may change due to platform updates (Thinkific), legal requirements, or partner/sister company agreements
Users are encouraged to review Terms regularly
