Payment Terms and Conditions 1. Payment Requirement All discounted options (e.g., Early Bird, Black Friday promotions) must be paid in full upfront. Standard course payments must also be made upfront, unless a payment plan is selected. 2. Payment Plan Option For students choosing a payment plan, the standard course fee will be divided into three instalments. The first instalment is due at the time of enrolment. 3. Cancellation Policy A 30-day cancellation policy applies to both upfront full payments and payment plans. If cancellation occurs at least 30 days prior to the course start date, a full refund will be issued. If cancelled within 30 days of the course start date: For full payments, 33% of the total will be retained as an administration and processing fee. For payment plans, the first instalment is non-refundable. 4. Early Commitment Guarantee Students who prepay will receive a guaranteed spot in the course and an official confirmation receipt upon payment. If the course does not meet the minimum enrolment requirements and cannot proceed, prepaying students will be given the option of: A full refund, or Transferring their payment to a future course or program of their choice. This policy ensures fairness for early enrollees while maintaining flexibility for unforeseen scheduling changes. 5.
