All discounted options (such as Early Bird or Black Friday promotions) must be paid in full at the time of enrollment. Standard course fees must also be paid in full upfront unless a payment plan is selected. For those opting for a payment plan, the total course fee will be divided into three equal instalments, with the first instalment due upon enrollment. A 30-day cancellation policy applies to all payment types: if you cancel at least 30 days before the course start date, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel within 30 days of the start date, 33% of the full payment will be retained as an administrative fee, or, for payment plans, the first instalment (approximately 33%) will be non-refundable. Students who pay in full upon enrollment will receive a guaranteed spot in the course and an official confirmation receipt. If the course is canceled due to not meeting minimum enrollment requirements or other unforeseen circumstances, prepaid students may choose between a full refund or transferring their payment to a future course or program of their choice. This policy is designed to ensure fairness for early enrollees while maintaining flexibility in the event of changes to scheduling, enrollment requirements, or unforeseen circumstances.
